EMDR

Through being offered to engage in a varying combination of therapeutic interventions, one will have opportunities to connect with healthy resources and to gain awareness of their inner (self-worth/esteem, thoughts, memories, feelings, beliefs, neurophysiological responses, intuition etc.) and outer (sense of community, relationships, events/experiences, home/work/school, culture/society/systems, etc.) worlds.

The intention set in my clinical approach for all services provided is to help expand awareness & repair trust in an underrated 6th sense, our intuition, so that one may be more equipped to guide and heal themself in spite of their current limitations and beyond our time together.

​

Interventions are provided to facilitate expanded awareness of one's inner and outer worlds AND to help strengthen one's inner & outer resources. Resources are tools/skills/language/environments/support systems we utilize to address the issues and limitations we experience. 

This intention allows one to integrate awareness & maintain wellness outside of therapy.

In-session AND In-between session interventions offered include (but are not limited to): psychoeducation, assessment of level of care/diagnoses, treatment plan creation & reviews, mindfulness and compassion based practices, somatic/body centered exploration, breath/ing focused exercises, and mental noticing & recording of current and historical patterns, etc.
