Prior to the intake session, your payment method information will be collected and verified.

At this time, I do NOT accept insurance as a form of payment. However, upon request, I will provide a super bill to you at the end of every session.

Superbills for Reimbursement
A super bill is a detailed invoice outlining the services & costs for services. Clients then submit the super bill directly to their insurer which is needed for reimbursement.
All insurance coverages vary and may not cover or reimburse 100% of costs.
If you plan to use super bills for reimbursement of your sessions costs, it is your responsibility to confirm your coverage with your insurance provider prior to our intake session.
